Our application process for Certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a simple 3 step process:
Documents can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to Evergreen Certification Institute, PO Box 900, Eau Claire, WI 54702.
You will receive a confirmation email from Evergreen Certification Institute once we have successfully received your payment and documents to begin the review process. Please allow Evergreen Certification Institute 2-3 weeks to review your application, we will contact you if we need any additional information or clarification. If your application is approved, you will be certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy for 2 years from your approval date.
