Certification Process:

To become certified, you must complete all the steps below:

Step 1 - Complete training that meets the Certification Standards attached to email
Select one of the approved training courses below:

    Note: All training is provided by 3rd-party organizations. You will be directed to their respective website for training purchases.

    For certification by equivalency; please submit your documents to info@evgci.com for review.

Step 2 - Make payment on the Certification Application fee of $149.99 initial 1-year certification.

Step 3 - Submit copies of the following documents to info@evgci.com or mail at the address below

  1. A copy of the applicant’s professional license
  2. A letter from your clinical supervisor documenting your progress in completing your clinical hours
  3. Copies of completion of training as outlined in the Training Standards

Please allow Evergreen Certifications 2-3 weeks to review your application and process your Certification. We will contact you if we need any additional information or clarification. If your application is approved, you will be certified for 1 year from your application date.

Recertification Process:

You can recertify your CTMH-A credentials for one (1) year by completing four (4) clock hours of post-graduate level training in any of the following topics: Telemental Health, Law and Ethics or HIPAA compliance, for a fee of $49.99. To have your recertification application reviewed please complete the following steps:

Step 1 - Satisfactory completion of four (4) clock hours as noted above

Step 2 - Online payment of $49.99 recertification fee

Step 3 - Submit copies of the following documents to info@evgci.com or mail to the address below:

  1. Completed training certificate(s)
  2. Copy of your professional license
  3. A letter from your clinical supervisor documenting your progress in completing your clinical hours

Recertification training hours need to have been taken in the time since you were certified or recertified.
